In consideration of the acceptance to the right to participants, entrants spectators, and vendors by exhibiting a vehicle or motorized equipment or selling of goods any by the execution of this entry for:  I hereby release the City of Carthage, The County of Jasper, The State of Missouri, The Mother of Co- Redemptrix, the Maple Leaf Committee, the sponsors, and everyone else involved with the production of the Carthage Maple Leaf Car Show of any and all claims, losses, injuries, judgment’s, whatsoever may be suffered by the entrant, the spectator, the vendor to his/her person or by his/her property either to it or caused by it.

In addition to the above I am wholly and totally responsible for any and all city, county and state sales taxes.
